The night before SummerSlam says it's time for NXT Takeover: Brooklyn IV. The night were the next generation of WWE Superstars shows what they can do inside the squared circle.
This blog previews the full matchcard of the show and gives my personal predictions to show.

 Velveteen Dream vs. EC3

The Dream as something to proof to the NXT audience and the opportunity arrived in the form of EC3. When the pair teamed at the 2nd ever NXT UK Tournament, Dream showed his disdain for the front-runner of the NX3-Movement. For EC3 it's all about setting the score straight, but for the Dream it might be an all defining moment.

Prediction: Velveteen Dream

NXT Tag Team Championship 

The Undisputed Era (Kyle O' Reilly & Roderick Strong)(c) vs. Moustache Mountain(Trent Seven & Tyler Bate)

Also at the NXT Tournament Event earlier this year: The duo of Moustache Mountain won the NXT Tag Team Titles from The Undisputed Era. But the celebration did not last long because on NXT TV, O' Reilly and Strong won back the gold. As long as the Undisputed Era is running as strong as they are at the moment, there is no way of them dropping the belt.

Prediction: The Undisputed Era

NXT North American Championship

Adam Cole(c) vs. Ricochet

Adam Cole is the leader of the most dominant stable in NXT history: The Undisputed Era. But is looks like he met his match with "King" Ricochet. Everysince coming to NXT the most-highfyling highflyer in the world has impressed officials, fans and even peers. Not even the Undisputed Era can stop him it seems. It is time for the first ever titlechange in the history of the NXT North American Title.

Prediction: Ricochet

NXT Women's Championship

Shayna Baszler(c) vs. Kairi Sane

While Sane has beaten Baszler once before in last year's finals of the Mae Young Classic, Baszler went on to become the NXT Women's Champion and while Sane hasn't really improved in an NXT ring, Baszler did and remained Champion to this day. Easy win for the champion.

Prediction: Shayna Baszler

 

 NXT Championship:

Last Man Standing Match

Tommaso Ciampa(c) vs. Johnny Gargano

The Main Event of the NXT Takeover Show shows another clash between the two biggest rivals in recent pro-wrestling memory. Former Tag Team Champions colliding for a third time, this time in a Last Man Standing Match. This is for more than just the title, this for everything and anything in between. Former Champion Aleister Black was supposed to be featured in this match, but he got layed out last week and is now recovering from an injury. The attacker? Unknown. 

But that does not matter for Johnny Wrestling and the Biggest Heel in the Business, Ciampa. They will tear each other apart. Let us hope everyone is making his way out alive.
