Left off NXT Takeover New Orleans

Before the show of shows there is NXT Takeover New Orleans on Saturday. The Showcase of the Next Generation of WWE Superstars. This year NXT's roster has the biggest depth ever and therefore the two-hour show can't carry all the talent that there is. This leads to big stars on NXT not even being featured on NXT's biggest show of the year. The question is: Is that a sign or is it just because the card of the show is already stacked?

Sanity is featured on NXT Takover, but only the 25% of Killian Dain, who might become the first ever North American Champion in NXT history. The rest of the popular stable is not featured. While Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young failed to advance in the semi-finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic to punch their ticket to New Orleans, Sanity's Nikki Cross hasn't been seen on NXT TV for weeks. Did WWE give up on the stable or are there bigger plans that cause most of Sanity to miss the show? Maybe the quartet is getting ready for their Main Roster debut and therefore isn't needed on Takeover. Let's hope this is the plan for them. Everything else would be a disaster.

When Kassius Ohno arrived back to NXT, everyone thought the KnockOut Artist will be a future NXT Champion. Today he didn't even manage to be a part of the first ever North American Championship Ladder Match.  Before that Ohno was used an enhancement talent and kept losing all the time. Maybe it is the right call to leave Ohno off the card, but maybe Ohno's career needs a change before he gets released again.

The Street Profits are one of the most popular tag teams in NXT right now, but they lost to Paul Ellering's Authors of Pain in the Semi Finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and therefore lost their opportunity to compete at NXT Takeover New Orleans. The Street Profits have been the career-relaunch of Angelo Dawkins who has been NXT's resident jobber before he began teaming with Montez Ford. Let's hope the dynamic duo just takes a leave of absence before partying their way back to the yellow-roped ring.

Do you feel more people are left off the card that should be featured or do you even believe those who are not featured deserve it? Let me know.
