Rebuilding RAW's Tag Team Division

RAW's Tag Team Division has been in awful as of late. This became crystal clear when WWE used the Tag Team Division as a shield between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns before WrestleMania. Right now there are not even Tag Team Champions, because at WrestleMania a child and Braun Strowman, who has no interest in competing in the Tag Division, won the titles from Sheamus & Cesaro, who have now left RAW to enter the far for competitive SmackDown Tag Team Scene (The Bar is going to face Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt for the vacant RAW Tag Titles at the Greatest Royal Rumble).
After the Superstar Shake-Up there a few hopeful entries in the Division, but it takes a lot work to make people care for Tag-Team-Segments again, especially when SmackDown and NXT are stacked with their Tag Team Roster in comparsion.
Let's take a quick look at the division right now:

Team Years teaming Tag Title Runs Side notes
The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor) 5 1 (NXT) Haven‘t won for ages, supporting act of Breezango
The Revival ( Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) 4 2 (NXT) Haven‘t won for ages
Authors of Pain (Akem & Rezar) 2 1 (NXT) Recently arrived on the Main Roster, dropped manager Paul Ellering in the process
Breezango (Tyler Breeze & Fandango) 2 0 Highly popular Tag Team, pinned Sheamus & Cesaro in their RAW debut
Rhyno & Heath Slater 1,5 1 (SD) Haven‘t won for ages
Titus Worldwide (O‘Neil & Apollo Crews) 1 0 Haven‘t won for ages
Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel 1 0 Formely known as The Miztourage
Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn 1 0 Unkown if they will challenge for the Tag Titles
Bray Wyatt & Woken Matt Hardy <1 0 Freshly teamed singles stars, part of RAW Tag Team Titles Match at the Greatest Royal Rumble
Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre <1 0 Freshly teamed singles stars

As you see there are lot fresh team mates and (if you count Breezango because they have been teaming for quite a while) only four real Tag Teams that do not consist singles stars put together on the main roster. The (by the numbers) most succesful Tag Teams in The Ascension (longest reigning NXT Tag Team Champions of all time) and The Revival (first ever two-time NXT Tag Team Champions) are at the bottom of the card and never allowed to gain momentum. Almost every team has to be rebuild. At the Greatest Royal Rumble it is very likely that Hardy and Wyatt are going to win the tag titles. They are highly entertaining but their challengers should be an actually threat for once. Given the incredible talent in the division, the WWE should really do something with them and create the same magic as they did on NXT or SmackDown.
A top priority besides the Tag Titles scene has the task of 'making people care'. The fans needs to be able to invest in the characters. Revival could be portrayed as the undisputed Tag Team Specialists, while Breezango should bring the Fashion Files to RAW to makes people get behind the funny and very talented duo. Another interesting part will be the formation of Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre - a teaming that doesn't make sense so far. Let's hope atleast Drew is able to make this work. Another potential option is the addition of the team of Ryder & Hawkins in the future.
At the moment however, i do not have confidence in the WWE on really investing in their Tag Team Stars. I really hope this won't be true.
