WWE's Older Generation needs to go

Im a all for honoring the legends of this business and i would like to see guys like Finlay, Batista, Goldust, William Regal, Steve Austin and others get into the ropes one more time, but it seems like the time is there to say good-bye.

The artform has progressed, the talent has progressed and the fans have progressed. The old generation can not hang with them anymore. There are still a few guys like Mysterio, Jericho, Cena, Orton or Triple H who can go with the younger generation, but even them do seem to struggle. Ratings drop, tickets sales do not go up when certain older guys are on and it feels like we have seen them now, it is fine if they wave us good-bye.

After Crown Jewel's disaster of a main event where Kane, Undertaker, Triple H and Shawn Michaels all struggled to perform, i just refuse to witness a sad display like this again. And why is the Big Show back, when he just slows down Cesaro and Sheamus? After 134 turns and all the championship runs ever. If The Bar really needs a third guy, give it to a younger guy. Please!

WWE could hold it's own version Slamboree once a year, but leave the 45+ generation out of the main storylines. The entire business, even the casual fans, we all moved on. We want to see Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakamura, Drew McIntyre, Dean Ambrose and Andrade 'Cien' Almas. We wanna have room for more compelling women's storylines like Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch, Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch vs. everyone, because she is THAT awesome (sorry that had to said).

Of course you can not company WWE's mainstream product with indy-wrestling from NXT, RoH, NJPW and the United Kingdom, that is a topic for another day, but the crowd deserve (atleast) smooth wrestling on the biggest stage there is for wrestling. Slow-Pace Action from start to finish just does not work anymore and the roster and talent is big enough, it should be possible not to burn out all the young talent at once with the faster style that is reqired these days.

WWE right now is without a top star. But instead on pushing established stars like Rollins, who are still young and builing the young generation like Almas or even Rusev, all these fine gentlemen seem to be kinda on hold. Strowman and McIntyre atleast get a shot at glory at the moment, but when will Vince McMahon get tired of them?
At the best time to make the young superstars explode onto the scene, we are fed guys from the early 2000s and late 90s. It is 2018 and guys like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe are also in their or close to their 40s, they won't be there, we need new people now!
