WWE's version of the Infinity War

In Marvel Studio's upcoming Avengers: Inifity War Movie the all superheros unite their powers to become a super-team, that can take on the most evil force ever known to men. Does a scenario like this sound familiar?  In WWE Superstar's have united before to take down the forces evil and it (almost) always made for some great television!

Survivor Series 2014

In 2014 the team of John Cena, Big Show, Ryback, Dolph Ziggler and Erick Rowan took an the evil Authority-Team of Luke Harper, Rusev, Mark Henry, Seth Rollins and Kane. Although the good guys reigned supreme that night, they needed the help of the "The Icon" Sting, because Big Show turned on the team in the middle of the match.

SummerSlam 2010

In the summer of 2010 the faction called 'The Nexus' ruled the WWE. Everyone, inculding Vince McMahon, The Undertaker and John Cena, fell by the hands of the Nexus. But at SummerSlam a WWE Super-Team came together, including Cena, Daniel Bryan, Bret Hart, Chris Jericho, Edge, R-truth and John Morrison. With the best WWE had to offer at the time, the Nexus finally got an even opponent and they lost for the first time. Unfortunatley this also marked the beginning of the end for Nexus.

The Invasion (2001)

When ECW and WCW closed down, the WWF became to only game in town. A lot of wrestlers were unsure were to go and then WWF began offering contracts/continued WCW contracts. The WWE and ECW/WCW star (known as The Alliance) collided numerous times in 2001. Once at the Invasion-PPV were Team WWF (Chris Jericho, Kane, Kurt Angle, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker) collided with The Alliance (Booker T, The Dudley Boys, Rhyno and DDP) and at the Survivor Series PPV were some Superstars joined The Alliance instead of Team WWF. Therefore Big Show, Kane, The Rock, Undertaker, and Chris Jericho faced a new team for The Alliance in Kurt Angle, Steve Austin, Booker T, RVD and Shane McMahon. The storyline itself unfortunatley did not connect, because of the lack of WCW stars the WWF was able to sign for the Invasion and due to strange booking decisions.

A possible future Wrestling Inifinity War:
The Elite vs. The Bullet Club

With their ALL IN PPV later this year the Bullet Club around Cody Rhodes and Kenny Omega will try to draw in 10,000 people to an american arena for a wrestling event. Something no promotion was able to do besides WWE after WCW closed it's doors in 2001.
But there is Tension between Cody Rhodes and Kenny Omega. Will the Bullet Club split and take on each other, possibly at ALL IN? This would truly be a wrestling war for the ages!
