What is next for Paul Ellering?

The Authors of Pain (Akem & Rezar) have been one of the most succesful Tag Teams in NXT history and atleast part of their success is due to the help by their mentor and manager: Legendary Hall of Famer Paul Ellering. The man that was behind the most successful Tag Team of all time: The Road Warriors.
After leading his new force of destruction to a NXT Tag Title and the Dusty Cup as well as Tag Team Main Events at NXT Takeover Shows, the Master of Pain answered the call to the Main Roster and let his two monsters in the war against Heath Slater & Rhyno. After their victory on MondayNight RAW Akem and Rezar however left their manager standing, signalising the end of their partnership.

In a Backstage Exclusive Paul Ellering confronted his team, but the duo claimed that Ellering's chapter ended in NXT. Now on RAW, they will stand on their own feet.
Meanwhile the speculation is running wild on why Paul Ellering will no longer be the manager of AoP. His daughter, Rachael Ellering, took two Twitter that is has nothing to do with Ellering's age or the travelling schedule. Paul himself undermined the statement, claiming that he loves to travel. Another popular rumour is that Vince McMahon just doesn't like managers, which seems to be very likely because there hasn't been a male manager on WWE's main roster with the exception of Paul Heyman for years.
One question remains: What is next for Paul Ellering? Will he go back to NXT to find another team? Guys like Heavy Machinery, The Ealy Brothers or even The War Raiders would truly benefit from Paul Ellering at their side. Another option would be that Paul would still appear on RAW, trying to get his Authors of Pain back on his side, even going so far to take them down with another team (maybe The Ascension?). The worst option would be to let him quietly disappear. What do you think should be next for Paul Ellering?
