Is WWE Evolution doomed?

First and foremost: I do not blame the talent or womens in this statement. Im glad and excited that they get a stage to shine. But something is not right with this and it is a shame the talent has to endure that.
Exhibit A:
The Saudia-Arabia Situation: WWE has struck a multi-million dollar deal with the crown prince of Saudia-Arabia and is holding frequent big event in the middle east country. But: Women are not allowed to perform there for 'cultural reasons'. This makes Evolution seem like a 'im sorry' letter or even worse: A Gimmick PPV. Women are not a gimmick, they and the men should be on the same stage always. Equal. As it should be.
Exhibit B:
The show has the worst slot for a show all year. With Super Show Down, a ton of shows on the network airing weekly, SD1000 and the upcoming Crown Jewel, Evolution is not only overshadowed, WWE had to rush the build, which leads us to...
Exhibit C:
No actual build. Only the two main roster women's championship match have recieved a fine build to the show, so you can get invested into the characters. The rest of the card had either none or very little build. How am i supposed to care if WWE actual doesn't care themselves? Calling something 'historic' for the 100th time is not the way.
Exhibit D:
Probably the worst PPV-Card in the history of WWE.
RAW Womens Title: Ronda Rousey vs. Nikki Bella
The two biggest draws. Former UFC Champ and Reality Star. Not my cup of tea, but i think atleast a lot of people are going to like it anyway. The also have a fine storyline of 'Real Fighter' vs. 'Barbie Doll'.
SmackDown Womens Title (Last Women Standing): Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte
Probably the best match of the night. Two great wrestlers playing the wrong role, because Becky should be the babyface (the crowd loves her) and Charlotte (the crowd hates her) playing opposite roles. Why? Only Road Dogg knows. But anyway...this is going to be good. WOO!
Tag Team Match: Trish Stratus & Lita vs. Alexa Bliss & Mickie James
Supposed to be singles matches, now a Tag Team Match. Atleast Trish and Lita are on the show. But they both have not wrestled a full match in years. Not much to expect here.
NXT Womens Title: Kairi Sane vs. Shayna Baszler
Not a fan of the two, but probably able to deliver a great match. The final match between the two after a very long storyline. The lost their steam on the finish line. I wonder if the crowd is still hot for this.

Historic Womens Battle Royal for a Womens Title Shot
Yes. Thats actually real.
WWE has a week to make this work. I am very upset. This should be big, incredible and a natrual process in the status quo. But i seems like a car wreck. Something WWE thinks they have to do, but they do not really want to do.
